Expecto Patronum: Conjures a Patronus, a silvery phantom-animal shape, that is embodiment of the positive thoughts of the caster. A Patronus drives away Dementors. Hermione conjured an otter as her Patronus during a meeting with Dumbledore's Army. (OOTP, 607)
Expelliarmus: A disarming spell that causes an opponent's wand to fly out of reach. (COS)
Flagrate: Draws a burning, fiery line in midair. Hermione used this spell to draw fiery X-marks on the doors of the circular hall in the Department of Mysteries. (OOTP, 772)
Impervius: Makes something repel water. Hermione used this spell on Harry's glasses during a rainy Quidditch match. (POA, 177)
Jelly-Legs Jinx: Causes the target's legs to wobble uncontrollably. Hermione used the Jelly-Legs Jinx to shatter the Shield Charm that Harry cast on himself while they were practicing for the Third Task. (GOF, 608)

Obliteration Charm: Removes traces or tracks left by someone. Hermione used this charm as she, Harry, and Ron walked back up to the castle through the thickening snow. (OOTP, 440)
Oppugno: Causes something to attack with great speed. Hermione used this spell on a little flock of birds to make them attack Ron. (HBP, 302)
